Wherever you find it, keep it.

Every import becomes a draft you check first. If something isn’t in the source, it stays empty — never invented.

Save any recipe in three steps

  1. Drop it in

Paste a link, or upload a screenshot. Pages with recipe details import in seconds.

  2. Give it a quick look

Edit the title, ingredients, quantities and steps. Anything missing is pointed out, so you decide.

  3. Cook it, again and again

It lands in your private library with a link back to the original and its author.

Cookbooks

A recipe box you can actually find things in

Search by title, ingredient or source, and heart your favourites. Group recipes into cookbooks — one recipe can live in as many as you like, and deleting a cookbook never deletes its recipes.

Grocery

Grocery lists that add up honestly

Add ingredients from one recipe or a whole week. The same ingredient in the same unit is combined; “1 cup” and “200 g” stay as two lines. Checked items step aside until you clear them.

Questions, answered

Where can I import recipes from?

Recipe websites (best when the page includes recipe details for search engines, which most large recipe sites do), the written description of supported social posts, screenshots and photos of recipes, and pasted text. You can always type a recipe in yourself.

Does every social media link work?

No. We read the post’s written description only — never the video, audio or comments. If the recipe is only spoken in the video, or the post is private, the import can’t find it; upload a screenshot or paste the text instead.

What happens when information is missing?

Nothing is guessed. Before you save, the review screen lists what’s missing — servings, times, quantities, ingredients or steps — and you can fill it in or leave it empty.

Is my library private?

Yes. Recipes, cookbooks, grocery lists and plans belong to your account only. There is no sharing yet.

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet. SaveRecipes is a web app that works in your phone’s browser, with a layout designed for small screens.

Which languages are supported?

The interface is in English. Recipes keep their original language. Reading text from pages, photos and pasted recipes has been tested with English, Polish, French, German and Spanish recipes.

Can I pay for a plan today?

Yes. SaveRecipes Plus costs $5.99 per month or $54.99 per year and includes unlimited recipe imports. Sign in and choose your subscription from your account. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be managed or cancelled from your account.
